api-ms-win-crt-runtime pls help - ImTouchk - 04.10.2016

anyone helps me please?
i want to transfer SQLLite to MySQL because here doesn't saves data but i've got
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing error but i have 2013(or 2015, not sure) visual c++
how I can get out of this?
i've installed against 2012 visual c++ but error persists
this happens until I changed all to sql
