I need a help on how to make that on player spawn player will get a dialog from where he can select his job like
thief,rapist,terrorist etc Please Help me

You said it yourself.You want a dialog to appear when a player spawns, so tell me.What do you need to put and where?If you can't figure this out by yourself my only answer is that you go back to school, no offence.But thats humanity these days..can't think for their selves..
