Terrible bug in GameMode - ZecaBahia - 03.10.2016

Hi guys, i'm newbie in the samp forums, and i really really need ur help. I'm studying by myself about pawno scripting, and i've learned a lot of things, but THIS bug are taking me crazy '-'. Okay, the server starts but doesn't show in samp. Click'd connect in samp, okay, but when it "joins" the server, just shows me that message "the server is restarting". And in the samp console... the same thing, restarting :[. If u can help me please, do it :[

Are you opening it on LAN if so you have to put a 1 instead of a 0 in the server.cfg on the lanmode row.
