This happens alot...It picks a server and this happens.Only on certain times it shows me I'm able to play on a certain server...SOMEONE HELP ME!I'm getting mad and I can't do anything.

Maybe it's currently offline. SACNR updates the server stats periodically. So, at that time the server could be on.
PS:- I don't know the solution too. It's just the thing I know and I'm not sure of it.

Try restarting your PC, or reinstalling SA-MP.

So you are able to play?Try reinstalling SAMP and check your internet connection.
Sometimes if it's bad it can show (retrieving info..)

Restart your internet connect (restart wifi if wireless, remove cable, restart PC, connect cable) if wired.

Ensure that your firewall is allowing incoming and outgoing connections.

It's something with your network as used to experience this issue with CB servers, can't remember fully how it was fixed but something to do with the above.
