That is my internet, still I get massive in-game (20% Packetloss)

If you aren't lagging or getting desynced, then don't worry. The packet loss function isn't that accurate (as far as I know).

I don't get command/chat delays or anything.

It's just I can't play AAD (servers with packet loss kickers)

Nah usually if someone has a packetloss of 5 or above they start sliding :/
