Okay.. so.. posting this issue here because it's not really related to script.
Suddenly I got caught by discolor/graphics issue.. here is the SS:
How to fix this problem? I'm 740 user. Nvidia.

Reset your game's settings. If that doesn't work, reinstall your game. If that doesn't work, then it's not related to gta_sa/sa-mp.

Re-installed game but still not working. Now updating GPU to 372.90.

Go to settings and look at the resolution - it's probably on 16x but should be 32

and game: 1360x768x16...

1360x768x30 is out of my options. There is only 1360x768x16
