Failure to load plugins - thecommander - 25.09.2016

Hi all,
After install Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (Service Pack 1) I had some problems to open my samp-server.
Some plugins have stopped loading when I open my samp-server.exe followed by error 19 (File or function not found).
I've installed all updated plugins, checked my server.cfg and found nothing wrong.

Streamer Plugin version: 2.7.8
mySQL Plugin version: R39-3
dns Plugin version: 2.4

The samp-server.exe requires x86 version of those. Generally 2010, 2012 and 2015 should do the job and the rest (older versions) aren't necessary.

I'm trying to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86), but freezes in:

Go to your Programs and Features and uninstall the redistributable packages you've done so far.

Are any important updates available in Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update? If yes, install them.

I'm not really sure why versions r39-3, r39-4, r39 failed (forgot libmysqld.dll perhaps?) but as you got R41 loaded, it's okay.

You will need to update the scripts though because there were code-break changes in R40. Here's a tutorial: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=616103
It shouldn't take that long to update them honestly.

About db_get_field_int and db_get_field_float functions, they were added in 0.3.7 R1 or R2 version. Update executable (include as well) files: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=581259

I installed MySQL Plugin R39-6 and it works.
