[Sacnr Monitor] Bind Address Empty, can't announce server - Gorgeousmaniac - 24.09.2016

After having problems with announcing my server on the Sacnr monitor, I decided to download their announce api, However after compiling it and running the server, this is written in the console, and my server still wasn't announced in the sacnr monitor.
