As you can see, that server can't start up after loading fs's, it dies.

Upload your server.cfg or maybe this filterscript has some errors and problems

Load crashdetect plugin.
Compile your scripts with debug info.
Start the server and post your server log.

Most likely an infinite loop in the script. Old school debugging (print messages everywhere) is the way to go.
