BIG BUG HELP! - Martin4 - 23.09.2016

Hello guys, i have big bug.
Before i have spawn on one place in Los Santos, but
today i have logged in and guess what?
I have been spawned on totaly different position in Los Santos.
I moved my camera and i saw, also all bussines, houses, firms on one point.
Please someone tell me how to solve this shit?

I forgot to say..My Account also has buged.
Yesterday i had level 20, but now iam lvl 1.
And also i had admin level 2015 but now 0..
