Need help with NPCs - TomRedlake - 15.09.2016

Im using RNPC and https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=584953

I followed everything and downloaded everythign needed and put codes into my script
Its working perfectly on local host, but when I upload it to my server, NPCs spawn under the map :/

Any help?
