So amazed to see Paypal working in India and even your parents let you to waste $250 just for a game.

From your case, it seems to be a police case... if you know the owner's location- call respective police center and ask them to take actions as you are being scammed online and for those who gonna say "Police don't care about games" so there are "Online scamming laws" in almost all countries.
