Retrieving info?! - Maxandmov - 13.09.2016

So my server is up and running, but players are unable to get its info, including name, mapname, language...
They are able to see how many players are on and what's the ping though.

Any clues?
Much obliged for helpful advice.



My server is in the middle, there are three servers shown to explain it further. First one is down, second is mine, whcih is bugged, and third is up and running fine.

• Make sure your IPs are forwarded, if it's home hosted.

• If not, make sure you did buy a dedicated IP and that your port is 7777 and not something given to you from the server provider.

• Thirdly, make sure your address and port is bound correctly in your server.cfg

• Check if the server isn't shutting down due to an error in your console.

- Not homehosted.
- It is 7777
- They are bound in server.cfg properly, it was the first check I've done.
- It doesn't. It was stable online.
