i want to open an offline server but i dont know what is my port number
how do i know my port?

why it doesn't work when i add 124.0.0:7777 to samp favorites?
i changed the port in server.cfg to 7777 then i started samp_server.exe
still not workin

Because is complete gibberish. It's not even a complete IP, let alone a real one.
If its on your PC, use 127.0.0.1

Or just type in "localhost" (without "") as the IP.

Which is the exact same thing in most cases, with 127.0.0.1 being more reliable... whats your point?

i type local host, 127.0.0.1:7777 e.t.c, not working

am not going to host a server
i just want to learn pawn script
beside, it worked for a minute then it told me "Lost connection to server"

Use a default script, not a custom one, and see if it works.
