Check if it's happened in single
If yes - check if you rename gta_sa.exe to other

Doesn't work.

BTW it used to work before in Windows 10 but I think I tried to use another enb, it messed it up.

4. must be fixed when you renamed without enb in single

What happends if you force nvidia gpu on all aplications in global settings?
3D Settings > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings > And force high performance gpu

High performance GPU gives me the error. With Intel it works fine but it lags.
