Just as the title says. How do I fix it? Here is the server log.

The gamemode by Jafet is roleplay and it is obvious that it kicks you for having an invalid name. As of 0.3x, any action (such as client messages, dialogs etc) before kicking a player will not work and you will have to delay the kick with a timer (refer to wiki for an example).
