Singleplayer Cheat "RIPAZHA" Fly with your vehicle - Matz - 07.09.2016
-Description-
The script allows you to fly by driving. I must say that the results are not same with RIPAZHA cheat but close.
-Usage-
Accelerate the vehicle and try to take off by holding "down arrow".
Slow vehicles won't be able to take off.
Holding handbrake key down lets you to land.

You can also fly with a motocycle but it's harder to control
