I Have a problem with IRC Plugin
Can load it..

If you are using windows 34 install 64x
if you using windows 64 install 64x and 86x

Download this and install it

Download this and put the .dll file in the Server folder

I still have the same problem, And Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package cant be insulted
