The mappings half load within game, when I update, the script compiles well but when I start the server, it does not load?

Probably some plugin errors in the CMD console?

If you get some errors with the streamer.dll, then check if Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 is installed

Show the server.log as needed for these threads, and be more clear in your explanation of what is happening.
