Well, it's GTA:SA bug not SA:MP. So no support about it from SA:MP, I think.

Yeah, it happens in all servers as its a GTA bug. Nothing can be done

This not a GTA bug you enter a server and simply type "/dl" command that solve.

You can make a function who slaps a player when they punch a vehicle.
