What do you mean? You want players to bet on real life scores and stuff?
If so, search for an API and use the HTTP function sa-mp offers.
I recommend knowing when the matches finished and then using the API (instead of requesting data everytime a player wants to do a bet), because most free APIs limit how many times you can use it a day.
