Hello! Sorry... My english is poor. All time i have problems with connection on any! server (ping from 35 to 215). When i try to connect, i reseived this:

Connecting to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX...
Server didn't respond. Retrying...
Connecting to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX...
You're banned from this server.

But when i try 2-3 times, i connect to this server. Whan i played 5-6 mounth ago, i dont reseived this messages (old versions of sa-mp). What i need to do with this?

I have 5 Mbit/s (ADSL). Core2Quad Q6600, 4 gb RAM, Megabit Ethernet Card. Windows XP Sp2 64 bit and Windows Vista SP1 Ultimate. Just Windows Firewall installed (with OS). Any net application dont working at this time. GTA: San Andreas (version 1.0) installed without mods or anything like this. Sa-mp 0.2.x(last version) installed. Antivirus - NOD 3.0.

Probably you're catched into a range ban, because of some hackers.

I realy feel sorry for you guys, those no lifers (NetGEEK and his fags) can gtfo and die imo.

I dont change IP or something. Just i try to connent and after 2-3 times i connected.

Try disabling your Windows Firewall then ?

I tryed without firewall and NOD too - nothing.

So you are dual-booting? Which Operating System are you playing SA:MP with?

I played in Vista and XP.

I'm not banned. For exemple, i play om Minimission server (Mini-Missions [serverFFS.com], 91.121.183.100:7777). After mission server restart map. There are 30-40 players on server. Ping is 85-100. In game ping is 115-135 (when i play). After restart map i reseived this message. I restarted game 1 or 2-4 times and i connected again.

Simple thing, but have you tried just re-installing both GTA and SAMP?

I reinstalled game, SA-MP and Windows too without result. I installed game on C:, D: or another diskdrive - nothing. I changed internet provider: cable modem to ADSL - nothing. I changed internet connection speed from 1.5 to 3.0, after 3.0 to 5.0Mbit/s - nothing. I played on Vista, Windows XP 32 bit, Windows XP 64 bit - nothing.
