I've been using my phone for 2 years and so far I've got no problems with it.
Keep in mind that Anti Virus programs take a lot from the battery.

Dude.. Install apps only from ****** Play

Even then, there are some malicious apps on ****** Play as they do not go under the same procedure as the App Store on iOS.

He asked for help regarding an Android Phone. He didn't ask for phone suggestions.
How the hell do you connect your answer to his question?
Can you make us understand, or is your level of stupidity too advanced for us?

Now to get back on topic, Hunud if you choose to reset your phone, remove the sim card before doing it.
Android has a bad habit of deleting your contacts.
After you do that, try to avoid apps that you don't really need and only update the apps you use.

If you are on outdated phone with Jellybean or older than KitKat, install Avast!
Because older versions of Android does have security issues that apps can temporary root your phone to install custom scripts to record phone conversation and much more

Hard Reset Would be better.! Try Not to Download apps on Mobile thorough External Sites.! Use Only Play Store.!
