Streamer problem - AlexPalermitano97 - 19.08.2016

Hello, when I open the server-samp with the streamers, the latest 2.8.2 GM closes (also includes the upgrade and recompile the Gm)
What could be the problem?
I had the problem that there was no MSVCP140.DLL file, but I solved it by installing Microsoft Visual Studio C ++.
What should I do?
