Anyway to bypass ISP throttling for SAMP? -

Hello,
We've had people boarding at our house for the last month or so, and they've been using up a lot of our downloads therefore we've capped our regular internet bandwidth usage (200GB). I know it's possible to stop throttling using a VPN, but is there anyway possible I can join SAMP servers without my ping being almost 2,000 because our internet speed has been throttled down to 256kbps. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advanced! Josh

I don't know how that can be even possible. VPN acts only as a gateway between you and Internet, it is not a replacement for your ISP.
Wait until speed cap expires or demand that cap is lifted.

Thanks for your reply
Is it actually possible for it to be lifted?

Contact your ISP and try to get them to lift it, they are the only ones who can do it for you.
A VPN is, as Spmn already said, only like a man between you and the internet, it doesn't improve your internet speed.
