hello ,, why i cant play Servers who is hosted in canada. please help me + rep

i reinstall samp many times .. i format my pc .. but it dont fixed..

You should ask this question on CB's forums, they might have banned your range, or added your area to firewall.

It must be your firewall.
And just to tell that,if you have a server added to favorite list with ip,you can't add them again if they have a domain recorded with the same ip(like,samp.example.com).
