Hi,
If i give kick() it's possible that hackers can prevent it? do i need to check in for ex onplayerupdate if player kicked and don't send updates? or i don't need to worry?

No, I don't think they can make themselves immune to being kicked.

They cannot stop the server from kicking them, however there are mods/cheats available that allow them to instantly reconnect after being kicked. But if they're guaranteed cheaters, or if they have such a tool installed, it's likely that a kick won't be sufficient for such a player...
