Hello i would like to enable mods in the server like the ELM mod i dont want the player the only one who see it i want all players see it i know alot of servers have it so if someone know please help me

Its Not Allowed in Samp.
You Cant Add Server Modifications.

As far as I remember, just by using it. Everyone can see it.
