error gamemode auto banned - OsvaldoS - 13.08.2016

helo, i have a problem with my GM. i just starting my server for 5 min, and after that i got auto banned. (You are banned from this server.) then, when i check at ban log its empty. and when i start again (restart) back to normal again and when my server already running for 5 min again, got banned again. what is the problem

Can't know the issue without seeing the script, could be many things causing it.
