Basic gamemode. - LifeRah - 08.08.2016

Hello guys. I'm releasing the gamemode I've just started working on. I'm new to scripting and If theres any problem in the gamemode kindly tell me and I will try to get it fixed. I will be updating the gamemode with new and better features soon.

Script version:- BUILD 1 ((I'll soon release BUILD 2 with more features.))

Current features:-
1) Random messages system.
2) Some RP cmds like /do and /me.
3) /help and /time CMD.
4) Message on unknown cmd.
