When I tab, do something and get back to the server, I lose connection to it, whats the solution?

It probably kicks players that pause/afk. Remove the system.

All servers, not only that server.

Anyway, it seems like you lose connection while you're minimising the gta_sa.exe, try using this cleo mod;

I'm pretty sure it's not classed as a hack as long as you don't abuse it.

poor internet connection, maybe
It occasionally happens to me when i paise for LONG time (eg: more than 45 min)

does that happen when you tab for 5-10 secs or just long periods of time.

This can be due to several reasons. Try restarting your router, join another server and do it same and then check if you close connection again.
If your internet connection is fine and same problem occurring on other servers, then reinstall SA-MP or GTA SA

my internet connexion is fine, it's great acatully but I crash after a minute of a tabbing.
