Can't connect to samp server from external ip - Sponder - 05.08.2016

Hey There,
1. I opened port 7777 TCP/UDP on router.
2. I started samp server with port 7777.
3. I turned off my Firewall and Anti-Virus.

Still cannot connect to server from External IP.

Can someone help me ?

check whether the port is forwarded?
did you allowed samp through the port?

You sure you use 127.0.0.1 as ip?
Else try :7777 and only :7777 as ip.

What do you mean to allow samp through the port ?
I opened in my router the default samp port (7777) to my local ip 192.168.1.28
and turned off the firewall..
Still not working ..

I tried to run "netstat" on cmd of my computer and it's not showing me that the port 7777 opened ..
Maybe these bug with the files?

You need someone else from different ip to check if its actually accessible or not, you can't access server running on your pc by using your own external IP.
Or just go to http://monitor.sacnr.com/checker.html
Put your ip there then test.

To check if port is open use http://www.base64online.com/port-check.php

I can ping from other computers to my external ip but the problem is with the port ..
That said the port is close..

If you can see ping then port is not closed.
