Hello, I'm hosting my server from frag.gs and it gives me this message when I start the server

Code:

Oh no! The server couldn't be started (Unknown error).

I checked the console and there was no error to be found and the script was working correctly, I'll appreciate your help.

Contact their support,
we cannot do anything about it
