Car enter - ,TomY' - 01.08.2016

Hi. How to do, that if car locked - player cant enter car. I tryed to use: ClearAnimations(playerid); or Stop(playerid); . But when I use that codes, player can enter car, after he enter, system removes him from car. I need a code, that if car locked - player just cant enter car ( if locked - he dont do anything).
