I have one question , can mysql , saving system and YINI together in one script?

You can have SQLite, MySQL, dini, y_ini ,gini, etc. all in one gamemode.

Iam using mysql for saving and file (standard samp file system) for logging.

I did this when I first started out in Samp your best bet is MySQL it's more efficient and faster saving time I always recommend MySQL it makes it much easier if you want to create web-based applications such as a user control panel but the answer to your question is there should be no problems
