guys help i invite my friend to server for dm he have health hakc i want to ban him he id 1 i type /ban 1 hh it says server closed now i want to enter but now say you are banned

Well you obviously banned yourself lol, no arguing about that..Go to your server folder, and there will be a notepad folder called "bans" open it and delete yourself from it, save the np file and re-launch the server.
That was a solution for your (I am guessing port forwarded server).
If you bought a real host/free host just go to it, go to bans and unban yourself.

TIP:never start a server with a ban command and without a unban command.

or maybe u have on your code to ban playerid, not targetid.
