Not taking damage - Ahmed21 - 24.07.2016

Hello everyone, while testing my new command, I jumped from a building to the ground (street), I was supposed to take damage, but.. there were no changes applied to my health, I tried again, then I took damage. So: Sometimes I take damage when I fall from a high place and sometimes I don't, why so?

I don't have any codes for damage, and I didn't script anything related to player damages, and I remember in my previous mapping server, I had the same problem. So what to show you?
