wow windows xp *u* https://es.dll-files.com/api-ms-win-...1-1-0.dll.html use this in the samp-server.exe folder

You need to update your Microsoft Visual C++ package
Try the 2015 version

Error DLL's or other components, Solve your problem with the program ( All in One Runtimes ) works too on Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003
