I get on debug to create veh for my server and i leave when i join any samp server i get all bulding all map white like on debug

The buildings should never be white in the first place, it's most likely an issue with one of your texture mods.

It's either what Flake said, or that your card has the wrong drivers, or the card is actually dying.
