I have a server there also.
"Stop" your server.
Then make sure that your "Gamemode" is running.
If yes, then "Start" your server.

I did it but the conection is faild, i think it's the filterscript. when i tipped in the filter scrips in the Config File Editor an i save so them aren't there.

you know why? your using the samp022server.win32 whilst using the 0.2 version of SA-MP client. use the updated one in the samp website
