its say VSRUNTIME.140.DLL Is misisng i download it now its say VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not disegned to run on windows or it contains an error :/

Do NOT download .dll files from random sites, the links I posted above are all from microsoft's site. Download them and if you're on 64-bit, install x86 version only.
