Connection Problem - teamz - 10.07.2016

Someone can help me with this error, I have nativechecker and crash detector but say nothing
No one can enter

[19:29:52] [connection] 179.8.21.190:64886 requests connection cookie.
[19:29:58] [connection] 190.45.74.209:51110 requests connection cookie.
[19:30:23] Kicking 179.8.21.190 because they didn't logon to the game.
[19:30:29] Kicking 190.45.74.209 because they didn't logon to the game.

Check if you have not an infinity loop or something like that.
