Unkown materials/Item ID - TheEvohlutionHD - 03.07.2016

So I wanted to make a fire department and I have seen this material that a person had used. I asked the person and he said he forgottten what he had used and he had no longer theat map file. If someone could help me I'd be forever grateful

Looking at the ones you've suggested it doesn't seem to match it and I also cannot find this on the MTA map editor, thanks anyways if anyone knows could you please tell me the name of it? It is the white walls that has an arrow pointing at it on the print screen above.
