You are not allowed to redistribute the SA-MP server executables.
You have to provide all source code, including the filterscripts, if they are needed for the server.
I am pretty sure you did not make this. I have seen (parts of) this script multiple times.

You're not allowed to release a GM with the SA:MP executable, try your best to upload one without then you should be fine.

And what about the fact that you did not include the source for the filterscripts?

It was in the gamemodes file but i put it back in the main folder so if you re-download it will all be there.
