its an ad management mod, also note that you need to edit it in all themes that arent the ones that come by default

You should try first SMF forum in local (on your PC) using Apache or something and then on real server..The procedure of installation is almost the same..Plus you could use mods, themes etc like on real server

That's just an external forum host. If you want the proper files download them, and upload them to your webhost through FTP.
