hello i use frag.gs - but my server going off , and when i check email addres i get amessage by frag team.
please tell me what can i do?

Aw, man! Your server was stopped because it was using too much CPU.
Hey MyServer,
We're e-mailing you to let you know that your FRAG server at 192.99.11.136:9900 had to be shut down because it was using too much CPU.
This is automatic, and our system does this so that your server doesn't affect our other customers who are just as awesome as you!
This is usually caused by an overload of scripts, gamemodes or plugins that aren't very efficient - so they hog all of the server's resources when they don't need to. If you made them yourself, we recommend that you profile your code to determine where things are going wrong. If you didn't make them yourself, you'll have to contact the author to see if they can help you out.
Need help profiling or optimizing your code? Check out our Knowledgebase article for helpful advice.
Once you've fixed everything up, you can head back to your Control Panel and start your server again - just like before.

They already told you what to do, either profile your code to see what's using a lot of CPU, or ask the authors of the scripts you're using if you didn't write them yourself.

For some odd reason, it seems that anyone that advertises Frag in their signature hasn't the slightest idea on how to actually run a proper server. It's just something I noticed recently and it's actually mind boggling.
