Hello.
I need to know how many players can play on my server if i host it from my computer with DSL 1024/128

Very few.. you would be lucky to get 5.

I run 32 ply server with 4mbit connection and i get ping 30-50 to all players.
He got 1 mbit, so it is 32/4 = 8 plys.

32 players do not use anywhere near 4mb/s of bandwidth.

remember servers depend more on upload than download.

1 mbit is buonggiorno's download speed, while 128kbit is his upload speed.
