Distortion while listening to audio stream - DTV - 27.06.2016

I've ran into an issue that I believe is client sided, but if I move further away from an audio source (using PlayAudioStreamForPlayer), the audio starts to distort a little bit and I don't know how to fix it or what could be causing the problem. Here's an example.

Anyone know what this could be?

I've never experienced that, I know that if you move the camera a lot it sounds a little bit distorted. Also, is that example of how it sounds IG or of the normal audio? because it sounds distorted towards the end there.
