samp-server.exe api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll - Lirbo - 26.06.2016

I can't run my server because of that problem but I have Microsoft Visual C++ Red x64 + x86...
What should I do? They both installed properly.

You need to install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x86).
