Problem with Anti Cheat - Problems - 23.06.2016

I got a problem when I was testing and tried to lag myself by playing some ******* videos,then tried to use a pickup to teleport me to another interior,So it takes like about 3 seconds to teleport and then the Anticheat detects it,Any idea about how can I avoid being detected in those seconds as a TP hacker?My ping was about 250

Read what I wrote once more,I said when I use a pickup ingame that teleports to shops it detects me if I have lag and when my ping is high.
